Fat loss negative training

What is fat loss negative training? Fat loss negative training is when we exercise to achieve fat loss but are defeating this goal as we train through poor nutrition around training.

The 2 main ways to be in fat loss negative training are to train on a totally empty stomach and to eat or drink sugary carbohydrates prior to training.

When you exercise on a totally empty stomach your body tends to think it is starving and goes into a catabolic state. This means your body releases a hormone called cortisol which breaks down muscle tissue to use as energy. This then means the body is trying to preserve your body fat stores making your training ineffective or negative.

When you eat or drink sugary carbohydrates prior to training releases a hormone called insulin. This hormone is released by your pancreas to regulate your blood sugar levels but also blocks the enzymes your body creates that release body fat tissue for energy. This again makes your fat loss training ineffective or negative.

Try to avoid fat loss negative training to improve your fat loss training results.

Nutrition and Training Pairing

To get the most out of exercise your nutrition must match your training. There's no point having the best exercise routines if your nutrition is flawed. When we exercise to achieve a certain goal it is a long process to achieve the results, with poor nutrition it will take longer achieve results or you might not reach your goal at all.

Try to focus on getting a good balance between both training and nutrition and see the almost immediate benefits. Food and water is what our bodies depend on not exercise.
